1. Wet Toothbrush, shake excess water

I can’t say enough good things about this tooth powder. I can attest to how good it is. We are heavy coffee drinkers (and blueberries and cherries eaters). Using the tooth powder instead of the regular toothpaste got rid of the stains including the hard to reach places on the tooth surfaces. I noticed the difference the first time I used it after brushing my teeth for 4 minutes. Just reordered and received 2 more jars - our 3rd and 4th. Highly recommend.

I am trying to get rid of fluoride products and wanted to try the charcoal powder which has mint crystals in it which is a great added bonus but I didn’t realize how messy it is. You definitely need to be careful because it is messy to the point I can’t have a light colored shirt on and your sink will be messy after spitting it out. I bought some for my son at college and after using it myself there is no way he will want to deal with the messy charcoal tooth powder. I will continue to use it but I now have several jars to use myself now. Taste is not terrible but I feel better not putting fluoride in my mouth.
